Project highlights

Open source Intelligent Network/SDP/BSS for mobile operator (Belgium)

Challenge: MVNE enables mobile virtual operators such as Carrefour Mobile. MVNE needed a cost-effective pre-pay telecommunications platform to support new MVNOs.
Solution: A mobile pre-pay IN, SDP and BSS system was developed using open source tools such as Mobicents, PostgreSQL and J2EE to operate a pre-pay mobile service fully. Smart use of open source has reduced the licensing costs involved in launching a new MVNO five times.
We’ve also delivered:

Integrated billing and CRM system for post-paid services.
Campaign management solutions with multi-channel support.
Open source machine learning solutions for Churn Prediction.
Mobile operator POS systems for selling products with complex logic.
A dedicated team for Opennet, the leading European convergent mediation platform vendor to help fill a rapidly growing skills shortage.
Real-time event processing (JAIN SLEE) components for a mobile operator in Eastern Europe.
